The Château Juliette’ terroir is known and recognized for producing some of the best Grenaches in the world. Old vines, hundred years old sometimes, are surrounded by woods and most often on hillsides.
Harvesting by hand, selective sorting and aging in oak barrels allows, among other things, to pick the grapes with optimal maturity and to enhance the fruit thanks to the barrel.
Very balanced wines made possible by the work of blending in order to harmonize the proportion of acidity, tannin and alcohol.
